Children First is the umbrella agency administering Athens-Oconee CASA, Family Time Community Visitation and Guardians for Children. Children First Incorporated is a non-profit serving the Athens area. We are committed to protecting children and strengthening families. Children Firsts mission is to engage families in the community and the courts to promote safe, stable, nurturing living environments for children. We envision a community where child abuse and neglect has been eradicated and families in crisis keep children first in their decision making and have access to services that will enable a quick return to in home placement, stability safety and security.
Programs
Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm
