My Goals & Philosophy of Child Care:
Children should be treated as individuals that develop at their own pace. Each child should be nurtured, loved, accepted, and taught as an individual.
Each child should be allowed to learn and explore in order to gain a sense of self-worth and to encourage self-confidence.
Activities provided should be developmentally appropriate and rewarding.
Do my best to nurture, protect, and guide children in my care.
Use positive reinforcement, redirection, and encourage good behavior to build a child’s self-confidence.
Use positive discipline techniques in order to correct unacceptable behavior.
