Tabor Christian Community Preschool (TCCP) is licensed by the State of Connecticut and offers a Christian preschool program for 3 to 5 year old children of all races and creeds of Branford and neighboring communities. Children must be 3 by December 31st. of the entering year.

Our purpose is to provide an alternative service in pre-school education incorporating a Christian influence in the daily experience. Recognizing that no two children are alike, we strive to nurture the individual child to discover his/her own talents and skills through experiential and problem solving situations. Our goal is to allow each child the opportunity for growth in self-awareness and self-confidence as they develop their ability to relate with others and their surroundings.

Three Year Old Program: Our 3 Year Old Program meets on Tuesday/Thursday AM or Wednesday/Friday AM.

Four Year Old Program: Our Four Year Old classes are designed to meet the developmental needs of the child exhibited round the time of their fifth birthday. This is a three day program structured to provide greater depth in activities and skills. Some 4 year old children may be recommended to have an additional pre-k year if there are social, emotional or academic concerns.

Pre-Kindergarten Program: The Pre-Kindergarten Program is designed for children who will be 5 by January 1st. This is a four day program meeting the needs of children whose developmental readiness for school would be strengthened by an additional year. This program offers an increase in structure and developmental instruction in the areas of language and mathematical skills while providing opportunities for the development of socialization skills in preparation for kindergarten.

Mom\'s Monday: Mom\'s Monday is an enrichment class offered on Monday\'s from 9:00 to 2:00. All children registered at Tabor may participate for a fee.

Lunch Program: Lunch will be included during every class. Parents provide their child\'s lunch.
